Why use Sales Cadence and not just hire a full-time salesperson?
Instead of hiring a full-time salesperson, working with us is a smart and cost-effective business decision if you’re looking to generate leads quickly. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, should you ever wish to cancel your service with us, you can simply give a month’s notice. How do you measure results?
Results is the name of the game. The Positive Response (or Discovery Call) is our ultimate aim with every message. Leads come in different shapes and sizes, and we classify them in order of ‘hotness’ (hey, leads are sexy!). – Positive Response – Referral – Deferred Interest The Positive Response/ Meeting: This is our prime objective. A typical positive response is something like: “Hi, this sounds good. I’m available to chat next Tuesday… Referral: We always engage the top decision-makers first. Sometimes they don’t have time to meet personally, or have a team member who handles similar requests. In these cases, you get referred to another person in the company. Deferred Interest: This is when there is a potential need, but the timing isn’t right. In these cases, we set a reminder to follow up in a few months.
What’s the difference between cold and spam emails?
Great question! A spam email is an untargeted message sent to thousands without personalisation. The sender does not understand who you are, and the primary purposes of these emails are typically advertising, scamming, or spreading malware. Spam emails, which aren’t beneficial or relevant to the recipient, usually end up in a user’s spam or junk folder. Moreover, sending such emails often violates numerous laws and regulations. On the other hand, a well-crafted cold email is like a respectful knock on your prospect’s office door. This type of email is personalised, relevant, and provides value to the recipient. Although unsolicited, these emails are targeted and tailored to the recipient, adhering to email marketing laws such as legally acquiring their contact information and providing an unsubscribe option. By considering your offering and their situation, you have identified a potential fit, giving them a reason to respond positively.
How does GDPR and POPIA affect my Marketing and Sales?
Marketing and Sales have evolved from door-to-door and random phone dialling to relying more on customer data (often found online). GDPR and POPIA are a set of rules that govern the circumstances and way in which data can legally be processed. GDPR and POPIA also introduce penalties for not sticking to the rules. It also sets out the framework for which data types are considered Private, and should be treated as such. The GDPR establishes guidelines to identify what constitutes Private or Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Is Sales Cadence compliant with GDPR, POPIA, and other data protection laws?
Yes! Compliance is integral to our operations. Our campaigns are designed with Legitimate Interest and relevance to the recipient’s needs. We also always provide a way to opt out of future communications. We always maintain compliance in data collection, storage, and processing. We never use people’s personal email addresses, only their professional email. Before initiating your campaigns and related activity, we assess your product or service’s relevance to your target market. We only do B2B sales and marketing using Legitimate Interest as the basis for our outreach. We welcome all the data protection acts as they are designed to protect information and decrease the number of spam messages you receive.
